I'm all for making sure there aren't huge outliers in a 5 minute patchwerk without externals but it becomes more difficult when Aug damage isn't being reattributed correctly and the spec is getting 3 PIs on the one fight that fould be used as a litmus test.

Well, they are, actually. Few of the RWF raiders are the absolute best at their class. What makes them stand out is their commitment to playing that much, grinding 10+ characters and still being able to perform at 95+ after 14 hours of raiding. But if you put them in a raid with some of the actual incredible players of their respective specs, they wont suddenly still do 10% more dam. That's just not how the game works.

The standout skill for RWF players is keeping up your concentration and focus and not having a higher failure-rate on boss mechanics, even when youre 2 weeks into a 14+ hr/day progress.

i think as some have said, the spots in those guilds go to incredibly skilled players, but they also have to fit in to committment, deidcation, effort, attitude, personality. finding the most skilled player, the other attributes required to exist in that team dont often exist

What people are trying to tell you is there are plenty of rogues who can do as much damage as RWF raider. You using his damage as ur metric just isn’t a good way to measure who the best rogue is. The most impressive thing about RWF raiders is being able to play at that level or not far from it when playing for insane hours
