I've submitted profiles to bloodmallet to make the sims more accurate in AoE situations. The dropdowns for 3 and 5 targets now use a modified version of the Hybrid builds. I've also included the m+ hybrid build, as well as the arterial build with tiny toxic/flying daggers versus arterial with blindside/venom rush as a comparison.

You can compare all the builds together by viewing them at the talent target scaling section

Hopefully you can see now why I say that the builds all perform very similarly, and use the data to min-max your decision in the coming weeks of fort/tyran (also peep the utilitarian build cranking with acro, not even that bad huh?)

It smart casts, yes. in 6 targets garroting the smae mob twice will garrote 5 total targets, assuming you're in range of them. It won't hit 6 of them, to do that you'd have to tab to another. It is your decision within the dungeon, your safety and attention as to whether or not you think doing so is correct.
