Such a weird take. Assa has "insane" aoe for about 13 seconds each minute, and all the targets have to be very close to your main one. Havoc and bm have 100% aoe uptime while being on par with assa during st phases. On wclogs mythic amirdrassil you can exclude externals and observe how assa is the top of the dps chain only on volcross and nyume, full st fights. Assa takes the lead on increased damage phase bosses if he gets externals, but its natural since he is a cd heavy spec. If you nerf assa st burst and buff its aoe, then there would be no reason to bring assa instead of other heavy external leaning class on these bosses, since he wont be able to do his only task - burst.
