Promise simply tracking the buff itself is a very easy WA to make. I don't have a standalone one, it's baked into rupture for me because it's pertinent to rupture. You can make your own as a simple Trigger: Aura: Buff: Player: Scent of Blood, and make sure you have a text element that is %s which should be there by default (but is trivial to make). I like helping out a bunch by making auras but this one is simple enough to be an opportunity to learn how to use the tool 🙂

No. During cooldowns you do not pool and you spend aggressively.

Outside of cooldowns, if you do not have the new tier set, you can try to stay above 50% energy for some slight gains, but this no longer becomes a concern once you have the new set 4p. Once you do you are essentially ignoring Sanguine Blades as a mechanic and just benefit from it passively.

Weakauras is essentially universal. Plater is also extremely common. Elvui is also common but it isn't as common as the other two, and when using Elvui and Plater Plater replaces ElvUI's nameplates. I don't know that there's a lot of issues between those though. Personally I don't use Elvui but I do use plater and weakauras

The only sus in terms of "will I have fun in mythic prog here" on amirdrassil is council and nymue, councils only redeeming factor is that it's easy
