I will say that playing into KB and spatter cleave is harder to do at lower key levels, things die wayyy too quick so a lot of damage potential gets wasted. If you want to try to learn Sin's potential with spatter you will want to focus on higher keys where stuff can live at least a moderate amount of your KBs, just keep that in mind.

Question about arterial m+ build: Should i ONLY dump shiv into kingsbane? Atm there are some pulls that i just see no reason to KB since there are no real threats, just a bunch of shit adds, and sometimes KB doesnt even pop. I see more use just using shivs for the arterial AoE debuff than saving it for KB most of the dungeon.

It depends on your group. If your group is properly stacking the mobs (or at least 2 of them) then you can get a fair amount of work out of Caustic spatter but don't need full cleave setup. If the group is uncoordinated and never stacks mobs up, then full ST may be better, also can take bone spike if you want for putting the dot on all bosses
