The rhythm seems to be you've got a burn phase when you pop Kingsbane and all the other stuff and you rip off as many envenoms as you can with shiv up, and then when the KB phase ends, you chill out and focus on envenom chains and staying over 150 energy for sanguine

“Worth” is subjective. For raids, there is no downside to doing so. In M+, there are some niche cases where you might want to use Dance for bleeds before hitting KB at the end of dance, but that’s a min max that isn’t required and you may not come across. If you value gaining the keybind back, then sure.
