Basically to use kingsbane you always press these buttons in order:
Envenom, shiv, dance, kingsbane, garrote, envenom -> build to 5 and rupture

Then dance and kingsbane to start the burst window
Then refresh your dots because dance lets you get snapshotted dots and shrouded suffocation back out
