You send both sepsis and deathmark on cooldown. This will naturally cover your 1st deathmark and the beginning of 2nd deathmark in terms of improved garrote. Use vanish to cover the rest of 2nd and the entirety of 3rd deathmarks with improved garrote, after that stuff realigns back

Im not a fan at all, forces shadow dance in class tree / as far as Im concerned it's just a downgrade vs current IC -unless- you're having packs live under 45s and getting restealth

Issue is you’re forced to use one for sepsis
Which in theory doesn’t stop you having two for dm can make it difficult to line it up
You’d need to have two or be almost two shiv charges when you use sepsis

Usually it’s because you get to a certain amount of crit and then it starts shifting to haste mast
But yes when you get a new piece of gear you have to do an entire top gear sim again

You want to offset this by one GCD so the boom at the end is empowered by shiv
