B. If you have it in your second slot using bomb is going to delay it by atleast 10s, probably more

It was an idea for raid utility but omega cursed. Okay so like imagine windfury, for 1 target. Except instead of extra hits, you give the target a chance to poison with their hits.
But the twist is that there’s a talent called symbiotic suppression. Every time they poison, your poisons have a chance to flare up, dealing increased damage and having a guaranteed chance to apply. The issue comes that the chance is like really low, 10% chance, and you have stack to 5 to get the flare. So on pull, you would never get the stacks until after your cooldowns and the random 10% chance would sporadically double proc or just never get you to the next stack, so you sit there on 4 stacks, waiting, anxiously, and it never comes, or it’s and 3 and then quickly ticks to 5 and you’re not ready
and of course because it’s a chance on hit you would want to link it with a dual wield class, but ideally it would be a dual wield class that doesn’t get windfury, so you could get the windfury, but then link with them, and they don’t get the windfury, which means you don’t get their extra poison hits from their windfury procs
