A tip ive learned for 20+'s is look for the 2500k io leads thats like a single dps or something. You may be waiting a bit longer to fill the group for a heal and tank but ive had better luck getting in with them then the group with a 3k io lead and that is 2 dps, a tank and heal

Ive ran into countless 2.8k io idiots and then joined a 2.2k io dude who was a god at their spec. the min ilvl doesn't affect them except that if they don't or cant reach the rank speficied they cant take the order. doesnt change their actual crafting

which is why on a lot of things I dont think you can set it to min r5 because on most crafted items (with some exceptions) you cant r5 without inspiration proc OR using insight so they can't even start the order since they can only garauntee r4 with no rng or extra stuff

but you can at least set to r4 min to be somewhat safe.

rings iirc can be r5 baseline JC without inspiration or insight needed
