do we want it to work similar to sub/law where it always does damage? or no, its a cd based class where it burns during its cd

or maybe something more similar with fire, where you do amazing damage with combust, then from there its from skb procs

in a vaccum

it's that you lose like 15% ST

in order to have a good AoE setup

where your bleeds start to tick much faster

and u get these burn windows

this works in aoe and single target

but, outside of these your energy regen is much lower, and the playstyle is much much much slower

in aoe, you get to do big burst damage with dm where all bleeds tick faster, but also u dont run out of damage once its over, u start to get more exsang stacks to continue burning

and the mroe mobs out, the faster you get stacks

idk it feels like a really interesting playstyle

Kir sims 5/6% better, but doesn’t get grapple, so taking that is like -.5

So most people resort to playing ho, even tho it’s 5% worse thank kir

So sin outperforms ho and kir outperforms sin
