1. When is the optimal time to send your 2nd shiv in the opener? Also is there any benefit at all to moving ER back to your 3rd global?

2. Do you always delay a shiv charge for your 2nd sepsis and should I be pressing shiv before or after hitting sep?

3. Is it worth delaying deathmark/vanish to ensure I refresh the imp garrote of the 2nd sepsis within the pandemic window or just send on CD?

4. Does the fact Im being buffed by an Aug change how I should be gearing at all?
