wowanalyzer is pretty on point. You use shiv on CD but always make sure you have a charge ready for DM/Sepsis
during bl and opener you shouldnt have tea problems
i usually dont have much energy problems during dm windows either
use tea if you really feel the need for it

and then for the rest of the fight when you need energy
its just that sometimes you are lucky with things like blindside/mut crits/dashing procs/venom rush etc.... that you end up with more energy and dont really use it often, and on other pulls the 3charges are gone instantly
