I’m a casual heroic raider and I main assassination. In my guild I am very rarely not top 5, but we are casual 2 days / week raiders, just getting heroic down in the first couple of weeks of a tier then relaxing.

Yeah, a lot of encounters get removed from Allstars for their pad-heavy parsing strategies or for just being unfair to rank people by. Similar bosses have been Hivemind and Drest'agath in Ny'alotha, Sun King's Salvation in Castle Nathria, Tarragrue and Kel'Thuzad in Sanctum of Domination and the last one being Anduin in Sepulcher.

It's a very common thing that happens when there's encounters with dozens and dozens of adds or if it's a cheesy, weird encounter.

The encounters that do not contribute to Allstar points, do not contribute to the big, best perf. average score at the top either.

You proc Venomous Wounds with Garrote and Rupture dealing damage to a poisoned target. So in cleave/aoe scenarios if you apply bleeds to multiple targets, but not poisons, you do not trigger venomous wounds

There's multiple situations where you tab-rupture, tab-garrote or mouseover gar/rup or whatever

and you apply the bleed but it doesn't apply the poison

Especially in 2 and 3 target scenarios

You don't really care how long the poison is on the target, but you do care whether or not the target is poisoned in the first place or not.
