Run your character through a sim and do what it says. Unfortunately, that’s the only way and it offers no explanation on why you’d want to do that other than “ beep boop I’ve done the fight 10k times with each setup you offered and on average this one looks to be the best so just use it beep boop”

There are just too many variables to condsider between secondaries/talents/enchantments/consumables/fight timings/other conditions
