Open with indiscriminate carnage, reapply one by one if needed, while ruptures are up you either do crimson tempests or poison bomb envenoms depending on situation/preference

you can make a weakaura that uses an icon for an ability, that's already built-in

i don't think feint is gonna be the change maker there
