tl:dr, sub by its base desing is supposed to be mostly around stacking different dmg amps, and then do big dmg with finishers/shadowstrike during shadowdance

in reality, in DF sub does most of its dmg with gloomblade (a buffed version of backstab, the generic filler ability) because gloomblade has multiple stupid strong dmg amps for itself and other shadow dmg abilitys(that all buff gloomblade aswell)

the result is sub having a flat dmg curve (supposed to be a BURST SPEC btw) and your main dmg dealer beeing "spamm 1"
