If you have all of those up

You have 2 options

You either CT, or you envenom

Which you pick doesn’t really matter that much in most situations, but there are reasons to pick one over the other

For example

If you have a big prio target, like lashers or a caster in the pack

You can envenom that

If the mobs are spread out and you won’t hit all of them with poison bomb, you can CT

If you’re feeling silly you can alternate between CT and Envenom

Or maybe you’re feeling lazy and just want to spam CT

Well, it gives you 2 uses: one on Sepsis activation and another when Sepsis DoT ends

If you use Garrote as your stealth ability - it will get affected by Improved Garrote and Shrouded Suffocation damage increases

sepssis garrotes didnt fall off for quiter a while and for 4th dm it seemed like i had a 25sec desync between DM and vanish which seems less than ideal

so are we holding vanish after 2nd DM to guarantee a cover for 4th?

2 min Deathmark, the 1:30 sepsis can’t cover it fully, so you vanish the back half
3 min, sepsis
4 min, you send the Deathmark on cooldown, the vanish comes up halfway into it (if you have a kill time under 6 minutes you can hold the dm a couple seconds for the vanish
4:30 sepsis
6 min repeat from the top everything lines up

if you use a finisher on the blue orb, it counts as 7 combo points, and consumes that specific slot
