The way to play with sepsis in single target then is super easy. Your opener is as follows:
Garrote -> Slice -> Sepsis -> Ambush -> Mutilate/Ambush to 5+ combo points -> Rupture -> Deathmark -> Shiv + Thistle Tea -> Echoing Reprimand -> rotation

My only issue is that sepsis doesn't give you a blindside proc, so you don't have have that for ambush. and i'm used to ambush only being usable with the proc.
but i'll get used to it.

Hey guys, in case anyone is using Luxthos rogue WA's, and wants Sepsis to show that your Garrote is empowered, I fixed it for myself,
So here's the way to do it:

1. select the WA
2. go into triggers
3. Open the 2nd Trigger 2
4. expand the script
5. Add the line WA_GetUnitBuff("player", 375939) or -- Sepsis to the part shown in the image
