I think youre really overthinking our tier sets, our 2 pce is litearlly just a flat 20% increase damage to CT to help our AOE, the rupture part is actually a nerf imo since right now we have +20% garrote and rupture but next tier we get only 40% rupture, so we are gonna be slightly better in aoe, and slightly weaker in ST. then the 4 pc is just a flat 4% aura buff that punishes u if you lose uptime after DM

its not really that complicated why they designed it this way, they want the curve to be slightly flatter, and help aoe a little without doing too much aoe changes
