The stealth thing is overrated. Sins big problem is just how long it takes to set up bleeds and how little burst we have

I don't disagree, again our aoe spender, if they already have CT on them is effectively 60%+ weaker depending on spec/mastery/etc.

If it has rolling stacks then we get a lot more 'burst' but it doesn't creep into our ST rotation.

Deathmark also being only a ST CD is pretty annoying as well, choice node that bitch for aoe at half duration or something. only impacts rupture.
