can someone explain this a bit. For single target your more then likely going to be invis for that first garrote opener gaining your 50% dmg buff to it. Why use that into Slice and Dice into using Garrote again? Wouldnt that just replace the barely tik'd empowered garrote? In other words, why use garrote to gain stacks for rupture instead of keeping the stronger garrote going and using like Mutilate for a couple stacks for that first rupture?
