Again, just to set this up: It's 4 minutes into Mythic Terros and my Deathmark, Vanish, and Exang are all ready to be used. How many Garrotes do I cast after Vanish?

Is Garrote either not active or has <30% remaining? -> Vanish and Garrote Twice
Is Garrote active and >30% remaining? -> Vanish and Garrote Once

The reason is that if Garrote has <30% remaining, when re-applied, the new duration will be less than 30% (whatever is left) plus 100%. For example, if your Garrote had 1 second left, the new Garrote will be 19 seconds (18+1). When you immediately re-apply, it will now be 24 (18 + 6), the maximum duration.

If Garrote is active and has >30% remaining, when re-applied the new duration is 30% plus 100%, or 24 (18+6). No reapplication is necessary.
