If you are asking about stat allocation; Assa doesn’t have set targets. We mainly go Crit+Mastery, avoid Vers. Depending on your gear, Haste catches up to crit/mast.

We're typically losing a DPS or two every time we have sparks + tempest wing overlaps (we destroy all our sparks but you take damage from destroying sparks IIRC and then tempest wing makes raid healing really rough).
