Does it to me on different computers so it's not a hardware thing and don't really run many addons other than details and dbm at the moment. Im also playing Outlaw in M+, unfortunately outlaw has crit versa as main stats and Assa got crit Mastery. So for items like lariat what would be prob the best stat combination for those two?
