I’d look at the builds in the faq with DTB and see which you prefer

Few people take aoe talents in raiding and instead play one of the other specs when this would be needed

If you’re playing assa your job will be to blast the boss, the aoe talents are mediocre and you lose a lot of single target damage by taking them

#

If you’re talking specifically about council then I’m sure you could cook up a 4 target build, but this is one boss at the start of the raid which is much easier than the others

On Dathea for example you’ll be much more valuable staying single target talents and not going on platforms than trying to do aoe and changing talents for it
