Okay I understand that but I don’t get the reasoning behind it, how do low item players know their item level parse is accurate when they’re competing against other low item level players that have wild swings in gear. Anything from a vault weapon to tier, embellishments, enchants that people save gold on with their low gear, bad trinkets, etc. Those all have huge effects on someone’s ilvl parse. Once you get a higher item level, those big swings will go away as more people will have the big increases. So why is a low item level ilvl parse accurate to their gameplay given all the gear swings?

Awkward moment. I stepped away during trash pulls to go grab a bowl of food. Had the raidcleave build on since I thought we were going to council. Came back and they had just gotten to the boss. Ran over, hit ready and realized they were on kurog. Panic. Switched specs back to dtb, started poisoning up and thought I had stealth active. I did not.
