Sim Changes
My spreadsheet is updated to account for these changes, single target and trinket comparisons (!whispyr)

You should except a drop in sims compared to yesterday. This is specifically related to the two channeled trinkets: Puzzle Box and Manic Grieftorch

The change specifically is a change to force trinket casts on gcd, and changing Puzzle Box to a channel (it was an instant cast in sims).

This DOES NOT CHANGE any trinket recommendations or usages. Casting Puzzle Box before, or right after Deathmark is still perfectly fine. We still sync to Deathmark every 4 minutes. This simply makes sims more accurate.

If you're in a guild that trusts you, you will definitely be allowed to play whatever spec you want. Part of playing what you want is an increase in comfort which allows you to better do mechanic and rotation. Unless there is a wide discrepancy in power and ease of learning, dying to the learning curve on prog, or fumbling dps windows due to an unfamiliar playstyle is something a good raid leader won't want to deal with. At the same time, if there is a wide discrepancy (like the ones right now between fire/frost vs arcane) the raid leads will definitely ask "hey, can you learn arcane?" But between sin/sub/outlaw they're going to want whatever you're most comfortable and having fun playing.
