Try to shiv inside DM window too. Shiv basically on CD, pair with a Tea, etc. Keep Envenom up for the duration.
I also notice you overwrite the empowered garrotes often, let those tick out then immediately reapply a normal one

Top Gear is useless if you don't own the item that can be embelished already. Droptimizer is useless for items that can hold different embelishments. Without a simc string for the actual dagger I can't sim bronzed grip wrappings on my character

It's sub optimal, but running a bit more haste can help the spec "play" better. A bit more energy regen to help you play faster. Haste weapon runes or Enchants to go from say 8% to 10% can be that little comfort you need.
High crit also fixes the issue by getting more combo points out of less builders.

Sims also usually prefer situations where you get more casts of everything and never miss out on anything

By using Grieftorch first, it allows you to get a use at 0, 2 and 4 minutes, and puzzle box at 0:30 and 3:30. If it was the other way around, you wouldn't necessarily guarantee the third cast of Grieftorch

But you definitely want to use Puzzle Box together with cooldowns in the beginning and Grieftorch later when it's off cd
