PLEASE READ THE BIG EXPLANATION ITS IMPORTANT

Because of how close talents are for assassination, there is a lot of confusion about what "the best" build is. And it's equally difficult to recommend any one build. The FaQ Builds are still recommended, but depending on your gear, you will find that one of the below might sim higher/perform better in a given fight, etc etc. This is all VERY dependent on your tier bonus, but there are special cases where other factors (trinkets such as puzzle box giving a large stat boost, a lack of lariat/gems/general stats, low item level, and others) WILL cause builds to pull ahead or fall behind. I will try to give a short explanation of why the build is doing well along with the build. Again, I cannot stress this enough. ALL OF THESE ARE PERFECTLY VIABLE. Please do not blindly chase simdps as a metric for your own performance. All builds are within roughly 1% to each other (DTB to DTB, KB to KB). If you use a non-recommended build, you're on your own. If you don't know acronyms there is a graphic in the FaQ.

4 piece Raid:
Bleed DTB -> No CTTC, with Exsang

I cannot, because "core" is an ever moving target. I mean I could do it, but lets count the "non core" talents that I replaced for DTB at some point, just real quick:

zold, ttb, ttk, ss, bm, shadowstep, ip, sbs, exsang, cttc, fd, vv, fc.

That's 13 "non core" talents. And you can't just piece them together whichever way you'd like, because some combinations of those 13 points are really really bad. So yes, it would make it easier to read, but it would also lose all meaning because instead of recommending 5 DTB builds in single target, I am now recommending 1 build with....let me check sims.... 6555 + 4300 + 2100ish + rounding down maybe another 1000 just to keep the estimate low, 13000 different combinations
