You have tier set buffing one type of gameplay, but not the other, so it makes sense that the poison build outmatches the bleed one.

Things to look out for:

Timeline - Casts for rotational things. Compare your opener and general cooldown usage to better players' logs.
Resources - Energy make sure to look for little to no energy loss. Tea should only be wasting 100 energy, no more.
Resources - Combo Points you want this section to be nothing but 0's all the way through, except for Seal Fate because it's tied to rng and there's not much you can do there.
