Why do I use two ruptures and two garrotes at beginning of pull (according to raidbots)

Because you're playing Exsanguinate and it wants to maximize the duration of both dots before you slam Exsanguinate to ensure a longer Rupture and Garrote

Pandemic adds 30% more duration to the dots, which is why the robot reapplies so quickly. So instead of a 18s Garrote, it exsanguinates a 24s Garrote

Just looking through the logs first thing I'd say is Garrote/Rupture uptime, youre currently at 85% but should be looking to be close to 100%, also dont seem to see a Phial on your logs for some reason, also comparing our logs on a 4:07 fight i got 46 casts of envenom but in a 5:11 fight you got 38 envenoms

Also your kills are slow and that will always hamper logs
