So you gar>snd>gar. The point is to keep your garrote time as high as possible. Then you rupture to get that going, ER, rupture with the charged CP to get that as high as possible too. SBS, vanish, garrote again to refresh that time then exsang so you're using it with your bleeds at the highest you can get them so you get max value from exsang. does that explain it

Does anyone know of a written/youtube guide on learning the meta-game of a rogue? I understand the rotations, I understand the openers, but I'm really struggling to reset during 2v2, and I can't seem to ever survive a DH or Monk, and I just can't find sources on this.

For context on how much I'm struggling, Im at 225 games in 2v2's at 1211 rating. Never had to try this hard to win, granted, I've been playing with anyone who will join just so I can practice.
