During boss execute phase, assassin gets buffed by 30% minimum because of that talent. So they have large damage multipliers at the end parts of a fight or on adds. Tuning is fairly close currently between sub and sin, after reset sub may pull ahead slightly

Assa is not BAD in M+, damage is just not as high as Outlaw/Sub, but it's much higher than a lot of other specs.

Especially this week we will be having Tyrannical, people may want to grab Assa. Rogues are not alone on M+ and you don't need to have all 3 dps be AoE master, you can spread out utility and damage profile

That said, Blizz should def. buff our AoE because we deserve it
