Use it when you need it type of beat. And yeah it does. The only time it doesn’t is in the opener because you’ll want to get those charges rolling. First 30 seconds or so of the fight you’re kinda swimming in energy due to dm + lust if you’re doing that off the rip

Sorry, the answer is that the third large damage spike occurred just before the debuff that gives you both 200% damage. Like the purple highlighted part is when y'all had 200% extra damage from the Focused Charge debuff.

I think the general idea is that if you have all the same gems ie. crit/mast, you'll always get the mastery bonus from lariat proccing. if you throw a crit one in there, then sometimes you'll get crit, sometimes you'll get mastery

I find kingsbane helps to burst a single target. But if I have to hold shiv for an enrage, it suffers.

DTB has great prio damage, when most other DPS is cleave and aoe. Focused.

However my tank does miss the aoe silence on pull. And I feel slightly more punished when using combo points for a sneaky stun.

if you pandemic it then it gets overwritten with the non-exsang bleed

which is bad

in general whenever you pandemic a bleed it gets "overwritten" with the newly applied bleed

so you also don't pandemic an empowered garotte cast from stealth
