After 5 sparks, you will get them randomly, the droprate appaarently being somewhat similar to Legion Legendaries (so the cadence is gonna remain the same, roughly one every 2 weeks). Even with you not necessarily finding a raidgrp early on, do you want to waste a Spark on something you are almost guaranteed going to replace, when it is likely your only direct path to 410+ ilvl gear, outside of pushing M+20 keys?

If you have 14 Sparks, you can have 14 crafted pieces of gear, and those can all be at 410+ ilvl if you got enough primal infusions for those. Embellishments are just added effects that you can slap onto a piece of gear, and that marks the item as "embellished", which you can only use 2 of.

They're an OPTIONAL crafting reagent, that you can add to an item. An item that will ALWAYS require at least 1 spark to craft (2 if its a 2h weapon). The Adornment will additionaly, as you can read from the tooltip, make the item "embellished". You can only wear at most 2 embellished items at once. But you can wear any number of non-embellished crafted epic items, that ALL require a spark to craft.

The real question is do you want fang adornment embellishment rank 3 or non-embellished rank 4.
