There’s no guarantee, it’s best to ignore stat weights altogether.

There will be a point where there’s too much crit, but that’s more in your gear than anything. Gear priorities constantly fluctuate, so using top gear for upgrades will be better than using a general guideline. That being said, 60% crit is a lot and likely untrainable for a few raids

Also SF and MA have told me even at 91% sometimes it isn’t enough
