Marked for death in the past was a tiny bit higher in DPS because it took a bit more skill to not waste it. Honestly I don’t think there is enough played time in the spec to say one is better. Marked for Death can be lots of fun if you focus on min maxing it but maybe new to the class the 6cp is easier to play.

And don't worry about only doing max combo point ruptures. The total damage of rupture scales perfectly with combo points. You aren't losing rupture DPS by doing a 4 point one, only losing efficiency because the duration is lower - as long as you refresh before it wears off.

If you do go 6cp, don’t rule out switching to MfD once you have the muscle memory of playing sin spec. It’s always good to be learning.

You can’t go both ways on it. Either you can’t ever cast on cooldown and so simming is a pointless exercise in unrealistic and worthless hypothetical optimizations, or you can cast on cooldown and just have to live with the reality that sometimes you might have to delay things 5 seconds because that’s how the game works, but it doesn’t mean the logic changes, it just means you cast it when it’s next available to you

that how eyes, work , in the center of your eye is more focused and the rest is not, those who use glasses have worse peripheral vision, if you look thru a pin and you are some one who uses glass youll see perfectly. Where as youmost liekly are stuggling with the WA pack just beeing clustered and not tailored towards who you play

The biggest thing to avoid is a UI that makes your eyes dart and move around constantly. Having a set up that gives a relaxed and natural eye position is going to produce that best information in take.

In the apl we currently have a condition to pool for 10 Amp Poison stacks before pressing Envenom, but that's very rarely something that you need to play around
