Maybe some kind of passive that worked similar to MfD but a lesser effect. The next time you gain combo points you gain 1 additional point, 20s internal cooldown, passive buff.

since we've discussed in here that the Class + Spec tree causes some hotbar bloat

Sin can gain CB, MfD, Dance, Exsang, Kingsbane, Gouge as new keybinds and can also still retain all current keybinds (since we will more than likely take Sepsis or SBS).

Hey yall, I'm a total scrub to rogue and just hit 60. I've been wanting to play assassination but from what I've read outlaw is just better in general right now. Is there a real benefit to playing assassination over outlaw other than personal preference?

Sin has the best boss damage so on pure ST, it is better than Outlaw but Outlaw quickly becomes better when there is any sort of cleave, especially intermittent light cleave (of which there is a lot thanks to Fated mechanics).
