Hey guys. I just came back to outlaw I haven't touched since Midnight release and playing it for several days now and gonna be jumping into mythic raid soon as I started to miss the class. I am still in the process of unlearning the old muscle memory and stuff. However, I am constantly pulling above 95 parses in my heroic runs so I guess I am not that off of proper gameplay loop at least, but I got an issue in M+s. Is it normal the spec feels awful without shaman buff in dungeons? Generally speaking +12-14 radius yet.
The stats are with flask and oils. The desired haste is 24% or do we like it above?

M+ has parses per key level on damage as well. They are not as static as a raid fight because there are more variables in a key (raid buffs etc) but they will give you an idea of how you stack up on average. Recording yourself and rewatching it afterwards can be really useful to spot mistakes or bad tendencies if you have the time/want to put in the effort.
