Now I log in and see they killed the boss—and not only that, it also locked me to the save even though I wasn’t in the group. What kind of bullshit is this? If I leave the group and go offline, even if I’m still inside the raid, does it still count me for the save?

Why don't we macro trinkets to abilities?
- You want to use trinkets while BtE is active, but you can't macro them to BtE, as breaking vanish with a trinket will cause Subterfuge to not activate, so Vanish > BtE macro could fail.
- Trinkets are your only on demand burst damage, you sometimes want to hold it for specific mobs or vulnerability windows.
- You usually don't want to send it on a dying mob.

My biggest issue was, I wasn’t staying in melee range. It sounds silly and obvious but it can be a challenge in the mess. Oddly enough, sims showed 100% engagement too, so it took a while for me to really pin it down and adjust. However we just guessing without logs or anything.
