Some help please - 25% haste makes it so globals in AR are 0.8 seconds. The rule is to keep yourself around 23% and pop a haste flask? Or? Whenever i sim my gear it favors crit over haste and keeps me around 22-23% while also taking the crit flask instead of haste. I am a little confused here

Guys noob question: when I sim Assa, 5 targets 7mins, I get around 210k DPS. I try to do in dummies I land around 200 DPS. Which is fine.

But when I sim Outlaw, I'm getting 230k DPS. My dummies damage never go above 140kDPS.
