But you could then technically have a fight where you just never press the button

• You want to use trinkets while BtE is active, but you can't macro them to BtE, as breaking vanish with a trinket will cause Subterfuge to not activate, so Vanish > BtE macro could fail.
• Trinkets are your only on demand burst damage, you sometimes want to hold it for specific mobs or vulnerability windows.
• You usually don't want to send it on a dying mob.
