- Adr JUST came off cd while building
Do you send BTE as the rule states, or send dispatch into ADR+BTE?
I get the optimization of holding BTE for upcoming ADR, but in this situation, sending evis first, would mean that I lose RB on ADR, in turn of getting potentially 2x Supercharged BTE, rather than only 1 Guaranteed

ye dispatch first into adr bte because you want the boosted bte for the damage and the increased chance to reset, 2x bte boost is better than 1 and is more efficient total cp usage

Cloud Cover on PTR is very strong: initial sims are pointing towards
Trickster suddenly becoming >10% ahead of
Fatebound for all content.
The talent causes
Adrenaline Rush to drop a smokescreen that causes all attacks to reapply
Fazed, and this Fazed stacks up to 3 times.
The smoke lasts for 10s after AR cast and then persists 10s after you leave the smoke. Then
Fazed will stay at 3 stacks until it naturally refreshes, so it lingers a bit longer than 20s.
3 stacks of
Fazed means targets take 24% extra damage instead of 8%, and also take +150% crit damage from builders instead of +50%.
The 5% damage reduction from Fazed targets should also stack up 3 times during the effect.
We use
Adrenaline Rush very often so the effect should have ~60% uptime.
Blade Flurry will instantly apply 3 stacks to everything around you and keep it there.
Again,
Outlaw is suddenly gaining >10% dps and a considerable defensive boost from this talent, provided you can dip into the smoke before it ends so stacked Fazed is up for ~20s.
The bad news is that
Trickster is kind of a gameplay downgrade in every way: you have to play
Killing Spree, you lose the extra energy and CPs from Fatebound, your RNG curve is much wider, you never finish at 5 so you are constantly having to build at 5 and waste CPs, and you have to play around dropping a smokescreen and dipping into it while moving in keys. But we do get permanent Tricks again.

We've been monitoring feedback on outlaw rogue utility and decided to make it a more attractive option for group composition with the following change:

Fatebound: (NEW) Flipping a coin subtracts one gold from your inventory. Allied players may catch your Fatebound coins to add to their gold total.

Roll the Bones: (NEW) All players in the rogue's group also roll their own set of bones. Whoever rolls the highest receives one gold from every player

rn optimal haste is around 21-23% with standard builds, since we're losing the energy regen of FB by going trickster we're probably gonna need flat 25%
