Now that my guild is nearing AOTC I can confidently say Outlaw a bit messed up. Feels more than fine in M+ but it feels utterly dog at single target.

Nothing feels worse than getting a perfect Jackpot KIR Adrenaline Rush with 4 set for 60 seconds just to glance over at the meter and you're like #12/20.
