i guess its technically just an easy fish for a better bonus. if you RTB before you AR and you get stage 3 or 4 then you can hold onto loaded dice as long as possible, if you get stage 1 or 2 then you really only have to wait like 6-10 seconds as youre about to be doing some big CDR on RTB. I wouldnt think it gives you any +/- to your numbers, but hitting jackpot with no loaded dice is straight neuron activation

Outlaw's stat prio is generally Crit > Haste* > Vers >= Mastery.

• You need ~21-23% haste for energy, this has priority over crit. That's the haste on your stat page after talents/buffs/flask.
• Crit is then your best stat until you approach ~40%, from there random vers or mastery pieces will be similar.
• You have to use Raidbots Top Gear to determine the exact combination of pieces to use.
