Gaze of the Alnseer was flip-flopping between decent and bis, after the March 26th hotfixes it should be a top 3 trinket and not bis, still a good pick.

depends on your access to actual myth gear
like if you only have M+ vault myth drops, then you can do it like, this week (though I'd wait for the crest bug fix) because you'll get 200 myth crests this week (possibly) and 100 the next, but you won't have more than 1 item to upgrade (and that will likely only cost you 80 crests anyway due to hero overlap)
