1. Preparation really should include +1 charge on Adrenaline Rush. This is a WAY better method of getting agency over Adrenaline Rush casts that does not clash with Outlaw's cooldown reduction mechanic. Honestly charges on AR would become very close to completing the spec, other issues be damned

2. Please bring back AoE Blind and Float Like a Butterfly, our utility in PvE has started to suffer

3. Killing Spree should not have random targeting at all. Make it full aoe separated from blade flurry

4. We should not need every energy talent and 25% haste to feel energy saturated

The people would like to see Ace reset you to full cps cause BtE spam is fun but Idc too much for this
