You dont always press AR and then RTB immediately in succession
RTB is used when you either dont have stage 1 or if you have stage 2+ and it expires/about to expire
so, you could have stage 3 roll the bones, and then you boost it with keep it rolling
then you have 60 seconds of roll the bones
you will press adrenaline rush again during this time
then you will have loaded dice for a while
but you wont consume loaded dice immediately, only when your next roll happens
so you can technically "remember" that loaded dice is active, or you could just track it

ppl always make a bigger deal out of crests early on, its the mmo way
and u also gain nothing really for upgorading rn, there isnt much going on
