is outlaw easy - sure, i don't think the actual rotation is difficult, but it is a spec where small errors will snowball and you have to keep reacting to stuff every global
how does it compare to the other two specs -
outlaw is the fastest, no burst windows, every global matters
sin is a slow 1-2min burst spec with execute
sub is a 90s big burst and 20-ish second mini burst spec that is mostly scripted

for some mobs the lockdown doesn't matter because the ability goes on cd when kicked

It's easy to take toxic stiletto which makes it actually decent, makes it only 5 sec longer cd than druid & hunter soothe, it actually deals damage & gives 2 combo's compared to the others giving nothing like that. It's pretty good

While we have the best defensives in the games we also have this extreme limitation where it only works for AOE, we are also the squishiest spec baseline in term of HP and base resistances

lethal poison is usually Instant, sometimes you can swap to Wounding in the middle of a dungeon if you are pulling mobs that heal themselves
nonlethal poison is a choice between Atrophic and Numbing, you can generally use numbing in keys. Atrophic is used in the raid. Numbing reduces tank incoming damage significantly and helps you kick stuff as casts are slower. But in very dangerous keys you can swap to atrophic
